All of our products come with a two year warranty based on an invoice or a receipt.

Żalmal attaches great importance to after-sales services provided to our Customers. We are here for you after the warranty has expired, too, with our post-warranty service and extensive spare parts availability.

Our environmentally friendly attitude means we do not seek to increase sales by replacing broken products with new ones whether that is necessary or not. To the contrary, you can repair your broken roller blinds, shades and other window coverings with us – our repair crew can come to your home or office. You will receive even faster service if you bring the broken product to our store.

We are not a component manufacturer, so we are limited by the availability of spare parts from wholesalers, however.
