Fabrics the pleated blinds are made of are divided into:

- transparent

- darkening

- designed for the use in rooms of excessive moisture

- non-flammable

- ones with additional layer reflecting the amount of heat

- single- or double-layer

With high pleated blinds, after a short period of usage the effect of stretched fabric may occur in the upper part of the blind and collecting of the excessive amount of fabric in the lower part. Our company has solved this problem by using a special confection ladder, which ensures equal layout of plates.

Pleated blinds have the fabric that is compressed into a zigzag pattern with the antistatic layer, minimizing dust settling on the material of the blinds.

The pleated blinds profiles are made of aluminum, so that is why we can guarantee that will be used for years.

We can also paint the profiles into any color selected from the RAL palette of colors for additional charge

Żalmal offers two control systems of the pleated blinds:

using the handle, which is the cheapest and the most popular option to blackout the pleated blinds
or by string - the height of the fabric is assembled with a string.

Our offer includes also pleated blinds for mounting to the wall. These blindss are characterized by the width of the pleat (50mm).

The biggest advantage of the wall system is very small aggregation of the fabric after rolling up the blind and possibility of manufacturing large sizes.
